Ep. 13-16 of "Redress Now" featuring the IRM's Vietnam workshop

From 8-11 April 2025, the Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM) collaborated with the Independent Integrity Unit (IIU) to organise a joint in-person capacity-building and outreach workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam The workshop brought together GCF Direct Access Entities (DAEs) and civil society organisations to learn about GCF policies concerning grievance redress and integrity issues. In this four-part series, we talk with three workshop participants about their experience.

In this first episode, we talk with Pragya Serchan, a Programme Coordinator from the Prakriti Resources Centre, a civil society organisation in Nepal.

In this second episode, we talk with Anoka Primrose Abeyrathne, the Executive Director of EMACE Foundation, a civil society organisation in Sri Lanka.

In this third episode, we talk with Vidarsha Dharmasena, Vice President – Sustainability, DFCC Bank PLC, a GCF Direct Access Entity in Sri Lanka.
