2025 IRM Virtual Capacity Building Workshop

The Independent Redress Mechanism (IRM) is conducting a virtual workshop for Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs) of GCF Direct Access Entities. This course will combine five live sessions with industry leaders, along with self-instruction through the IRM’s online learning modules. Through this training, participants can ask questions, discuss course content with experts, and meet other grievance redress practitioners. The workshop will be conducted over three weeks from 13 to 27 May. 

This training is intended for staff of GRMs and is open to invited participants only.
