C0023 Uganda

Following the conclusion of casework related to the fatal drowning incidents (IRM Case C-0011-Uganda and IRM Case C-0012-Uganda) with relevance to GCF Project FP034 “Building Resilient Communities, Wetland Ecosystems and Associated Catchments in Uganda” the IRM encountered significant gaps in its understanding of potential non-compliance with GCF policies and procedures, and risks associated with the subsequent harm experienced by affected communities.
